  1. A clearer policy understanding of AI as an enabling tool for democratic governance, reinforcing human judgment, constitutional authority, and core democratic values.

  2. Improved awareness of responsible AI applications in public administration that enhance citizen engagement, policymaking, service delivery, and anticipatory governance.

  3. Strengthened recognition of key risks—such as algorithmic bias, data misuse, privacy, and surveillance—and the importance of ethical safeguards and human oversight.

  4. Greater consensus on the need for robust regulatory frameworks, institutional accountability, and explainability to protect democratic legitimacy and public trust.

  5. Shared, values-based policy insights emerging from cross-sector dialogue, informing actionable guidelines and strategies for inclusive and accountable AI adoption.
